In order to ensure that
schools are a safe haven, where children can develop both cognitive and non-cognitive skills, they need to have preschool, reasonable
class size, so children can get needed attention from teachers; enough supplies and books, and rich curriculum, including art, music sports and extra-curriculars, so children can explore and understand the world and have many outlets to express themselves; and enough
