classes like any other dog.

Walk the Walk is a follow up handling
class after any of our training programs that allows clients to practice working with their
dog in a safe and predictable environment, but also to work through real world issues,
like handling around
other dogs, people, bikes, skateboards ect... If you have participated in any training with K9 Lifeline, you are eligible to join us every Sunday at 9:00 am for our big
dogs and 10:30 am for our small
dogs for our one hour Walk the Walk handling
class.
Great ways to accomplish this include daily walks and outings, off - leash play with
other dogs, tug and fetch games, clicker training
classes,
dog sports (agility, freestyle, flyball, etc.), and feeding meals in food puzzle toys,
like the KONG ®, Squirrel Dude ™, Twist «n Treat ™, TreatStik ®, Tricky Treat ™ Ball or Buster ® Cube.
He does not
like other dogs, can I help him with that by going to an obedience
class, I am experienced in that area.
If you would

dog get there.
Cara works with
dogs with advanced behavior issues
like aggression, fear, and anxiety and has designed one - of - a-kind training
classes to help clients successfully address reactivity and aggression towards people and
other dogs.

other hand, if someone were to say to you that you should take that
dog to an obedience
class, you'd probably put up an argument as to why your
dog doesn't need to prance around
like a sissy.
Socialize your
dog with
other dogs either in unstructured environments
like the local
dog park, by joining a
dog sport such as agility, sniffing
dog sports or flyball, or by taking obedience
classes.

dog who enjoys the company of
other dogs, puppy
classes and walks are essential, especially since many puppies have been sequestered indoors until they have been immunized against parvovirus and
other serious doggy diseases (by the very earliest at three months of age).
Some students are working towards Novice Obedience competition or preparing to participate in
other dog sports
like Agility, Freestyle or Rally, while
other students use Intermediate
classes as basic obedience refresher for older
dogs.
