Baseball Classic champion.

Gameplay is clearly inspired from
classics like Rare's Battletoads, Capcom's Final Fight and Sega's Streets
of Rage (my favorite
game from Genesis / Mega Drive), with loot crates that drops food to recover your life, canes, knives and
baseball bats used as weapons and loads
of punches and kicks to dispatch your foes.
Additionally, there is a Retro Mode that is designed to capture the
classic baseball games of yesteryear.
In fact, the
games in the Sega arcade were full releases
of retro
classics such as Outrun, but added to that in Yakuza 6, for example there is a street gang strategy
game and a
baseball management sim that are deep enough to warrant a significant investment
of time and money.
The main charm in any
of the Worms
games has always lied in the varied weapons, and you get all the
classics here: the Bazooka, Grenade, Mine,
Baseball Bat, and other basic weapons are all here, as well as the great Holy Hand Grenade, Banana Bomb, Sheep and Super Sheep (though sadly no Aqua Sheep), the devastating Concrete Donkey, and more worm - slaying weapons.
And speaking
of classic games from the late 80s / early 90s, Hamster Corporation has stepped up to the plate with a re-release
of Baseball Stars Professional.
With the 85th Midsummer
Classic around the corner, we felt it was only right to try and predict the outcome
of tomorrow night's
game using the highest rated and most realistic
baseball simulation available, MLB 14 The Show for PS4.
Fans can expect a ton

of the legends
of the
game: Ken Griffey, Jr. «The Kid», as he's known, graces the cover
of the
game and brings with him a «retro mode», which is essentially a throwback to the
classic baseball games of our past.
