It's the second time
in the last weeks that I put together an
outfit mixing gym clothes with
classic and feminine
pieces.
Sometimes the bling and the shades pulls the entire look together... especially
classic tortoise shell shades and simple dainty
pieces like my Hamsa Hand necklace, Star necklace and Skull necklace This picture is a bit of a «Flashback Friday» moment not with the
outfit, but with how I used to have my dad take all of my

in the morning before heading to work when I initially started my blog.
As much as I love palazzo pants and peplum tops and layering as many
pieces as I can
in one look, sometimes the best
outfits are the simplest, most
classic options — like a tank and skinnies with minimal accessories.

outfit, I kept it simple by pairing it with a simple pearl necklace (a family
piece from my Chinese - side),

outfit combos), black strappy heels (the heels are thicker so you can walk
in them), a slouchy but structured
classic black tote (one of my favorite bags to date!)

in black from 212 Collection (purchased at Kohl's this winter), an off - white Liz Claiborne tank top (purchased at JC Penneys over a year ago) and a gorgeous berry colored cardigan from Cross and Barrow (Kohl's last year.)
