Wrap tortillas in
a clean kitchen cloth and microwave just for a couple of seconds — the intention is to warm the tortillas up so that they become soft and bendable.
Wrap the tofu in paper towels and
a clean kitchen cloth and place on a plate.
Place the ball in a lightly - oiled mixing bowl and cover the bowl with
a clean kitchen cloth.
Cover the bowl with

Set aside for 30 minutes up to overnight at room temperature, covered with
a clean kitchen cloth.
Line it with
a clean kitchen cloth, or parchment paper, and dust it with flour.
If you have excess flat leaf parsley, you can easily dry it by laying it out in a single layer on
a clean kitchen cloth.
