A clean diet means eating food that hasn't been tampered with; food which is as near to its natural state as possible.

meanings for different people based on the
diet that works best for them.
And I made the statement... When we did his angiogram, I
mean, the doctor who performed it, said it's pristine for someone that eats his kind of
diet... Pristine,
meaning these are very
clean arteries.
If I start to have a regular period of time where I am feeling depleted of energy for no reason (
meaning I'm getting enough sleep), then I know it's time to start a
cleanse diet.
More often than not, natural colon
