For Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix: 2 cups granulated sugar 2 cups instant
clear jel or cornstarch 1/2 teaspoon salt Whisk together and then measure out the amount you need.
unflavored gelatin (aobut 1 tsp per loaf) and
clear jel a (about 1 tsp per loaf).
One trick I've found with making cherry pie is to cook the cherries, sugar and thickener (I use
Clear Jel) together until the liquid is thickened, THEN assemble the pie.
Add
the clear jel and blend again.
Actually have liquid lecithin in the pantry now (after a hiatus of a couple years without) as well as instant
clear jel - will add it to the mayo trial list!
