While the game wholeheartedly embraces the traditional point and
click adventure approach of finding clues and spouting entertianing dialog in order to progress, The Slaughter: Act One also throws a curveball into the proceedings.

click adventure game format... but Syberia 3 has opted for a more «modern»
approach in which you can walk around the 3D world yourself.
Approaching it as one would a point - and -
click adventure title like Monkey Island for instance would only end up doing the game a disservice and would besmirch your enjoyment of it, so for those of you intrigued enough to check it out, please keep that in mind.
