It's fairly enjoyable as far as point - and -
click adventure games go, often praised for its humor, faithfulness to its source material and lighthearted tone.

GO FOR IT, but for me there are quite a few better classics out there such as monkey islands 1 - 3, day of the tentacle, prisoners of ice, broken sword 1 - 2, discworld, L. S. Larry (specially 7)... Summarising, it is a really good
game, just getting to know Manny makes it worth playing, but it has barely made it to my top ten list of point and
click adventures, there are better things out there and, specifically, better Tim Schafer stuff (even broken age felt better, well... only chapter 1, not 2).
Beyond that, Tales from the Borderlands plays out much like the Telltale
games that have come before it, but this isn't by any means a bad thing; if you're a fan of the point and
click adventure style and have a soft spot for the Borderlands series, then you're
going to have a blast with this.

Adventure) just recently
went up on Good Old
Games for a mere $ 10 — it's well worth your time and money if you haven't played them.
Silent Age is a great addition to the point and
click adventure game genre, it is a great
game to pack with you if you are
going on a trip or if you just want to lay in bed and play something that challenges your mind and makes time fly by quickly.

When the news broke that Double Fine's Tim Schafer was
going to be working on a new point - and -
click adventure game, it was difficult not to be excited.
After defining the point and
click adventure with Maniac Mansion, and perfecting it with the first two Monkey Island
games, he seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth never to evolve his work as so many others of his generation
went on to do.

Coming from a literary background, and due to the penchant of point - and -
click adventure games to hinge themselves around narrative structure, I (wrongly) assumed that The Librarian was
going somewhere with the titillating bits of intrigue it set out in front of me.
I don't normally

click adventure games but Wailing Heights is combining a lot of stuff I like.
Researching
adventure games requires
going through all types of
games: interactive fiction (such as Zork, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy), point - and -

games that take advantage of new types of controls, such as Hotel Dusk: Room 215, or Indigo Prophecy (also known as Fahrenheit).
It's not that big of a problem; the structure of the puzzles remains consistent with other point - and -
click adventures, and in some cases they can get creative, though to
go into further detail would spoil, perhaps even ruin, portions of the
game's content.
Double Fine came out with the idea that they wanted to create a point and
click adventure game, but didn't have an exact story in mind or planned yet; so, in lieu of a timeline expressing exactly what they'll be doing with your money, they said your money will
go towards our
game and a documentary of the entire
