Open the regular Local Group
Policy Editor instead by
clicking Start, typing «gpedit.msc,» and then hitting Enter.
When the Local Group
Policy Editor
opens, expand Computer
Policy > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host, and then
click on Security.
Double -
click on it to
open its
Policy Settings box.
Now in the right pane, double -
click on Set Group
Policy Refresh Interval for computers to
open its Properties box.
To configure this
policy setting double -
click on the entry to
open this box.
In Windows Pro or Enterprise, find the MSC file that you made for the users to whom you want to apply the
policy, double -
click to
open it, and
click Yes to allow it to make changes.
Double -
click a single setting from this list to
open a dialog box where you can define
policies for the current PC.
