Sponsored by the Georgia Bar Foundation, these eleven Fellows
and seven Community Advocates will provide a combination of services including
client representation on housing
and housing - related issues, community
outreach and education to community members
and property owners,
and advocacy to remove systemic barriers to housing at the local
and statewide levels.
Common Ground Foundation (Insert City, ST) 2007 — 2009 Executive Director • Launched foundation
and directed all operations on behalf of Grammy Award Winner Common • Created
and implemented marketing collateral to educate, engage,
and inspire
clients and supporters • Recruited key corporate, private,
and industry players for Board of Directors
and Advisory Board • Generated in excess of $ 500,000 in first year of operation through varied fundraising efforts • Obtained pro bono legal team saving foundation more than $ 75,000 annually • Directed youth

Six projects in Gadsden, Duval, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Palm Beach,
and Miami - Dade Counties, provide the following core services: direct
outreach and client recruitment, health
education, case management, depression screening
and referral,
and interconceptional care services to for all participants.
Projects are based on one of nine intervention models: community consortia, coordinated care / case management,
outreach and client recruitment, family resource centers, enhanced clinical services, risk prevention / reduction, facilitating services, training
and education,
and adolescent services.
