If you live in the South or any warm
climate region, you have a myriad of summer
dresses and a scanty collection of
winter wear.
I can imagine if you've always lived in a warmer
climate, fall and
winter dressing in the north can be a huge change.
Most of the time, I don't want to have completely bare arms, and I live in a
