its club scene changes for what the consensus believes to be for the worse.

Whether we like it or not there are major
changes happening at Arsenal Football
Club, quite a lot of it behind the
scenes, but there is also big things going on with the team on the pitch.
thing is i think ancelotti would love to take up the baton and jump at the stability of being our next manager — thing is there's so much ego and narcissistic tendency behind the
scenes at arsenal that i'm concerned whether the
club has the guts or the will to get behind another manager and to show what is really meant by ambition and «catalyst for
change» — we need new ideas, for sure.
nice to see you crawl out of your hole just in time to offer your 2 cents worth once again... unlike yourself I started following this team long before Wenger arrived on the
scene and will continue to do so long after he's gone... in his earlier years I admired the cerebral elements he brought to the EPL, which at that point was more brutish than beautiful, and I respected the seemingly tireless efforts of Arsene, Dein & staff to uncover and develop talent without sacrificing the product on the field... likewise I appreciated that such a youthful manager wasn't afraid to bring strong personalities and / or world - class players into the fold without being fearful of how said players would potentially undermine and / or dilute his authority... unfortunately this all
changed about 10 years ago and culminated in the removal of all our greatest players, both young and old, without any real replacements coming in... from Henry to RVP to Fabergas and Nasri, it was easy to see that this
club was no longer interested in competing at the highest levels... instead of being honest, minus the ridiculous claims regarding the new stadium, Wenger chose to side with management and in doing so became the «front man» for this corporation pretending to be a world - class soccer
club... without the «front man» this organization would have been exposed numerous years earlier, so his presence was imperative if the facade was to continue... it's for this reason and more that I despise what this once great man and Kroenke has done to my beloved
club... the gutless, shameful and manipulative way they have treated the fans, like myself, is largely indefensible and this is why I felt it necessary to start offering my opinion in a public format... trust me, I resisted the temptation for many years but as long as the same shit continues to exist I will voice my opinions and if you don't like it maybe you should look for a different team to pretend to follow
which is the opposite of Spanish big 2
clubs where they do have inexperience managers but their supporting them with players recruitment and they always wins something big within 2 years. The only hope i have is behind the
scene changes towards next season i mean sven and Sanllehi and wenger to leave Arsenal at the end of this season otherwise is not gonna work because of chemistry
I believe in this team and will support it to the death, as I know we are capable of big things, but this doesn't
change my mind on the direction I think the
club needs to go behind the
scenes!
(3) this team is rotting from the inside out and it's going to take some unprecedented moves on the part of this board and the fans to facilitate the necessary
changes... this
club must rid itself of it's absentee billionaire landlord before we become just another sporting wasteland in this man's collection of flailing
clubs... when this is done it will expose just what exactly has been going on behind the
scenes and I'm afraid of what will be uncovered because if Wenger's business model is as antiquated as his football philosophy it could look an awful lot like and old Monty Python sketch in the backroom... we need to replace the owner with someone who actually cares about this
club and isn't afraid to wear their emotions on his or her sleeves or spend their own money to achieve greatness... this new owner needs to find someone who represents the same sort of cutting edge that Wenger represented in his early years then pair that individual with someone who knows how to conduct transfers in the modern era... then and only then will we find a way to escape the malaise that has permeated our once storied
club for way too many years
