and we will not go gung - ho for the equaliser, but rather stick to our formation

but, im ok with this vardy transfer... it shows us many things: 1) wenger is changing, something some of us have been demanding for a long time; 2) it shows that wenger is taking risks: think about it, he is buying a men for a not cheap price, knowing he could not getting anything after, with a future sell i mean... this is an act that shows wengers intentions to win something, the buy is not motivated by any financial or economic reason but only for a «get the f epl once again» reason... this is an act that shows us hungry, even if we fail, we could said we try... first ever, we really try; 3) finally but very important... vardy is the kind of
player we need... he is a warrior, a fighter... he has character...
look at how he celebrate his goals... full of energy... he, like alexis, can motivate the team when the things are not going in our way (something wenger cant do because of his age

Atleast all our
players would have had to know every other
players style on the pitch of play not in the training ground, i used to say akb but honestly wenger is not acting like the acronym, something has to happen the man has got to wake up or step down, but im scared of change cos it is like a gamble, a new
coach with a new philosophy
and style, it might take time to adapt
and that time would be enough for other teams to step up thus demoralsing the club, both fans
and board, wouldn't like us to do a porchettino,
look at Liverpool, if its gona be a new
coach its got ta be one of em arsenal ol boys, who knows what it is like to be called a gooner, that's just my thought on this matter,

I would like to tell arsenal fan that the transfer window is not arsenal's problem.Let explain what is in my mind.We need to reinforce our team but we need to think in the future that most of the high class
players are going to refuse signing for arsenal fc because of Mr Wenger's philosophy. It
looks like arsenal becomes cemetery of
players.How many
players came in
and left because of performance, became good
players out of arsenal. We need to accept all of the transformation Mr wenger brings in arsenal but now it does not work. Why??? because lack of tactics, strategies
and pretending best
players for Mr wenger mind but in reality those
players do not get standard of best player.Mr wenger wants to prove everybody that he is wright that
players who are calling by wenger are best.I means Mr wenger is the only one can see all matter in good position or bad.He is wrong by thinking this way.He does not like criticism.he is the mind of arsenal.Everything he can say or defend is wright.Think about morrinho comments about arsenal!!!! Why he likes to be arsenal
coach!!!! One thing I want to say about arsenal
players, I think everybody watch arsenal games. We have got short mind
players who play two good games
and the rest shameless. They are working hard in the training ground for catching Mr wenger's mind to let them play; what is behind their (
players) mind to be the most regular
players.Those
players have no vision even ambition; they are never becoming high class
and their carriers are going to finish in arsenal after arsenal we are going to see them playing for championship. They do not care to become legend as Ian wright, Vierra, Berckam, piress, Henry... What is the big behind their mind to use wenger name to be selected in national team. They are not able to face different leagues in the world.
All that is just as well really, because the search for a new manager, which seems ever more necessary after the loss to Liverpool

player, may be complicated by the fact that the current La Liga champions Barcelona are also
looking for a new head
coach.
With new
coaches at chelsea, city
and possibly Mutd

I don't really blame any of those
players at all, first mistake from Wenger was his team selection
and secondly wrong
players in a wrong position,, its quite sad with all their mouths
and boasting of starting the season strongly
and aiming for the league just a waste of energy
and wishful thinking, am putting the whole blame on Wenger, where is Belerin, why Ozil, Cazorla played out of positions, you should know their weaknesses
and strength as a
coach, why must we pass
and pass to score a goal, many opportunities came from shooting distance but the
players will always be
looking for the next person to pass the ball to, its quite unfortunate that a big club like arsenal is relying on a scrappy Giroud to lead an attack of a team aiming to win the league.
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax
and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait -
and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long
look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France
and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements
and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class
players available)
and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out
and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry
and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next
coach the same way they choose our
players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club
and start anew
That's been my experience in this league, that's the way the best
players look at it
and that's the way the
coaches I've worked for talked about it.
British pundits
and journalists said the same thing about zidane being Real Madrid Manager...

looking to build a title - winning squad with young English

wenger needs to broaden his thinking
and horizon...
and think beyond sanchez, so many
players can replace him, carrasaco, even baruwa (of lipstik) whom we just saw in the emirates cup, dembele etc... i just watched liverpool trash bayern... liverpool have always has a sharp attack, now their defence seems solid... wenger is just a straight jacket, i do nt care what others are doing, i know it all
coach and it will really hurt come begining of season, unless he prunes his pride
and look over the wall at what his competitors are doing that is strengthing the weakness
and planning ahead... our midfield was weak
and indeed still is... we glad about lacazzete, but unless our defence gives 110 all games,
and we
look at life beyond sanchez... we will have our fellings hurt this season
Mkhitaryan
looked at his best under more attack - minded
coaches like Jurgen Klopp
and Thomas Tuchel,
and Mourinho has shown time
and time again that he never quite knows how best to utilise creative
players of this kind.
In case you are
looking to accuse him of tactical ineptitude, Wenger has never been a
coach to micromanage his
players on the pitch, even during the season they went unbeaten, he simply got intelligent self motivated
players together who communicated with
and led each other on the pitch, figuring out opponents
and outwitting them without waiting for instructions from the bench, Henry, Pires, Vieira, Adams, Keown, Campbell come to mind here.
We might think that the likes of Walcott, Ramsey
and ox are bad, but maybe it is how they are being managed
and tutored that is bad.Sanchez
and Gabriel were really good when we signed them, now they
look lost, we need to ask ourselves why.Let's first change the manager
and coaching staff, see what the new manager will do with this group of
players and then we can decide who to move on.Something tells me that a
player like ox can really turn into a beast of a
player under the right tutelage.
Please this team is reliant on one
players form,
look at Alexis both Wenger
and that chile head
coach sucked the very life out of the man who is injured.
He had a bad game against Chile, therefore he deserved to be dropped
and from my understanding the German
coach carried other
players to
look at in this tournament, so its going to be a hell of a competition for world cup place in all positions for German, even our Ozil may not make it into the squad
Nothing wrong with their logic.These
players are not bad
players, they just lack proper management
and motivation.Ramsey was outstanding at the euros, comes back to arsenal
and looks below average, Gabriel was a solid defender at Villarreal, even
looked decent in his first few games for us
and got capped by Brazil, he's an absolute mess right now, coquelin is slowly regressing, so is bellerin
and so is iwobi. You have to question the management
and coaching of these
players
If things continue to like this we'll always be begging
players to stay because we know if they leave there's no hope.As if we care if he's difficult to deal with. The thing is he's doing his job well. For some years now it
looks as if we've become a one man team
and always begging
players to stay.We can't even handle our own
players. They always seem to be the one's dictating to the
coach and the club.We tend to give
players the right to feel a bit big due to poor management. For how long will this continue.Any time a top
player wants to leave the club he becomes the controller of things. When can Arsenal show authority. We keep milking our
players. There's no ruthlessness from our manager.
He often
looked good on the ball when with us, but had not the sense to know when to release the ball, when to track back
and more besides, Yes, a great
coach can improve a top
player but can go only so far with a lesser one, as Ox is.
For teams that have established systems
and continuity in a
coaching staff that are able to know what to
look for within
players and align their scouts around that vision + have a system with which to develop these kids once they get them in, all of the sudden «find» these hidden gems.
I am pissed today hearing about Olivier Giroud three year contract
and salary he is earning. That is unfair because Giroud does not deserve it.He has not worked to show that he deserves it.We should
look at the quality snd output of our
players before paying them.Well its too late now so we should
look forward. We do nt need stats to even tell us that Girouf is usually average for arsenal than good at most times.I would have sold him if i was Wenger because he does not deserve to be leading the line still after 3 years
and i doubt he will like to warm the bench. He is very lucky to have Wenger as a
coach of arsenal london fc.Arsenal has not moved forward because we think getting rid of
players is a bad thing. We always hesitate when it comes to selling
players we do nt need.Arsenal need a world class cf not a world class cf.Its is time to move forward by addressing our mistakes.Since Van persie left we have needed a cf
and ifBenzema is available we need to get rid of who we do nt need so that we move forward.Arsenal do not need Giroud though many may be against my speech.Once the premier league starts
and Giroud is our main cf it shows that Wenger has not learnt from his mistakes.Just as we got Cech who to me was a need he needs to just find as a reliable
and clinical cf.
That's not Wengers job, we have many
coaches and ex
players looking after that.

An AAU basketball
coach in Terre Haute, Jimmy Smith, was
looking for kids to round out a newly formed team,
and the dad of one of his
players had seen a new kid on the playground at Fuqua Elementary.

coach approached the
player,
looked him in the eye,
and asked him something like, «If I absolutely needed you, could you not suit up
and just give me 5 minutes on the court?»
In the off - season the
coaches looked at what they needed for their teams,
and they handpicked
players that in most cases were attackers instead of defenders or goalkeepers.»
the team
looks well equipped, but whats the point if injuries keep occurring.fact that giroud does nt run much all the time may be a contributing factor to his fitness.as some dutch fitness
coach mentioned, wenger should restropect on his training regime
and do the needfull.that is more important than buying
players.....
Vieira said in a Sky Sports report: «It is true that people are doubting his capability to manage the team... but I think you have to
look at the
players and in some situations the
players have been letting Arsene down a lot because
coaches have responsibility but
players have responsibility as well.»
Like Gabriel's redcard on Saturday, yesterday's game just masks the many failings
and deficiencies we have at our club.Giroud who was supposed to lead us to league glory at the start of the season is
looking lost
and hopelessly out of form, Debuchy seems to have totally forgotten how to defend, Ox is still the same
player he was when we signed him, no end product, Arteta would be better off
coaching the U16s,
and what is more alarming...... ALEXIS SANCHEZ.
You can't have Henry sitting there slagging off the
players on TV,
and then turn up for training,
coaching the youngsters who are supposed to
look up to the first team, it's a conflict of interest, Wenger is right, it's one job or the other.
It didn't completely
look intentional by the guy, but it had a similar feel to when New York Jets
coach Sal Alosi tripped a Dolphins
player and got in a whole bunch of trouble.
