Coaches and players in the

and money from fans.
but, im ok with this vardy transfer... it shows us many things: 1) wenger is changing, something some of us have been demanding for a long time; 2) it shows that wenger is taking risks: think about it, he is buying a men for a not cheap price, knowing he could not getting anything after, with a future sell i mean... this is an act that shows wengers intentions to win something, the buy is not motivated by any financial or economic reason but only for a «get the f epl once again» reason... this is an act that shows us hungry, even if we
fail, we could said we try... first ever, we really try; 3) finally but very important... vardy is the kind of
player we need... he is a warrior, a fighter... he has character... look at how he celebrate his goals... full of energy... he, like alexis, can motivate the team when the things are not going in our way (something wenger cant do because of his age
and because he has never been an active
coach on the pitch)... the vardy transfer, if it finish well, is a demostration of a change,
and a good one... lets take care of winning things
and do nt look the economic side for once... vardy is a bit old, but we can give a chance to welbeck after maybe, or akpom... u are not thinking about the future when we talk about ibra... guys: u complain when wenger do nt spend or because he is always looking for the bargain when u are the guys who has to pay the very expensive tickets... u complain when wenger buy the always for the future guy... like morata... stop to complain for everything
and be consequent with yourself... i would love auba, but it is not going to happen... lukaku is awesome but the asking price is stupid... lets try with vardy, give us the throphy..
We need to remember some of the best athletes around
failed as
coaches because their standards
and expectations were too high,
and they couldn't translate what they knew to the
players.
Mourinho is a known defensive - minded
coach and has occasionally been criticised for
failing to get the best out of flair
players due to not giving them enough freedom.

I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax
and give this club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait -
and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France
and Germany in the last several years because those «big» clubs
failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements
and still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class
players available)
and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out
and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry
and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next
coach the same way they choose our
players, on the cheap... even so, we need to see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club
and start anew
Arsenal is not a serious team at all as we hold on to too many average
players and treat them like the best that's ever happened to us.Wenger clearly doesn't have the grit to make certain decisions regarding
players.I just hope Lacazette is given the centre stage like Welbeck
and Giroud who have
failed greatly.I really feel for Giroud because he's criticized heavily yet people forget it's the
coach who bought him
and decided to use him this way in the first place despite him never being good enough.
We need to sell some
players not even because of Lemar or Mahrez but because they are not meeting expectations. They are quite a number of underperforming
players who need to be sold. This would free up spaces for more effective ones
and even reduce wage bill significantly. This is one place where Arsenal usually
fails and that is balancing ruthlessness with love of
players.The
coach just seems to love some
players too much to sell them. It's a shame really. However, a lot of
players remain thankful to Arsenal
and Wenger because of the way we treat them.I just hope Wenger doesn't continue
failed experiments this season again.
Individual mistakes due to lack of concentration
and discipline (Gibbs) We need someone from
coaching staffs to inject that mentality to our
players as Wenger definitely
failed to do this.
Players do have a brain afterall and what Wenger does is encourage them to use it rather than just instruct them like most other managers do, now when it all comes together, we go a whole season unbeaten, when it fails, we go a decade without a trophy all in it is why a large number of former Wenger students and players have gone on to greater things within and beyond football, Even Guardiola took a chunk of his coaching badges under Wenger even after playing under Fergie just before hanging up his boots, Viera went on to a senior role

Finally, if it is true, as you state that Gazidis is now entirely responsible for incoming
players and not Wenger, then just answer me why we pay Wenger the best part of # 9 million a year to just
fail to
coach us
and just make public media excuses for his many failures?
The Cowboys simply
failed to find answers - from poorly performing
players to stubborn
and unimaginative
coaches.
Like Gabriel's redcard on Saturday, yesterday's game just masks the many
failings and deficiencies we have at our club.Giroud who was supposed to lead us to league glory at the start of the season is looking lost
and hopelessly out of form, Debuchy seems to have totally forgotten how to defend, Ox is still the same
player he was when we signed him, no end product, Arteta would be better off
coaching the U16s,
and what is more alarming...... ALEXIS SANCHEZ.
You put the blame onto the
players yet
fail to mention they are Wengers
players that were (as Sanogo) Scouted, Signed
and Coached by Wenger.
Thanks entirely to Wenger
and the timid
players he picks
and fails to motivate (or
coach) we are widely derided as cowards
and timid little boys.
Bentley, Pennant (he looked really good as a youngster until Wenger started
coaching), Boa Morte, Owusu - Adeyie, Almunia, Eboue, Traore, Vela, Campbell, Silvestre, Santos, Sanogo, Perez, Sorry I could not resist adding to the names that Wenger either
coached the talent out of promising
players or
players he should not have bought for Arsenal
and failed badly.
but when the opposing
coach is literally humping one of our
players while he shoots a three
and it isn't called, I think I can safely say the refs have
failed to do their jobs.
But claiming we have mid table
players fails to get to the real truth of the teams problems, which are mainly down to Wengers incompetance to manage
and coach.
Should the Glazers
fail to persuade Sir Alex Ferguson to come out of retirement to see out the season then the Man United owners may opt to turn to former
players,
and current
coaches, Ryan Giggs
and Phil Neville to steady the ship until the end of the season when a more permanent solution can be better considered.
Wenger has always forced
players to try new positions
and when they shine, it's all down to Wenger's amazing
coaching, for example Thierry Henry, Emmanuel Petit, Lauren, Alex Song, Ljungberg, Van Persie
and a couple of others at most... but it's kept quiet about the 100 +
players he
failed to make shine in a new position.
The Toffees are listing badly under current
coach Roberto Martinez, who has wholly
failed to build on the promise of last season despite recruiting
and cultivating a talented squad of
players.
Coaches are paid to produce results on the pitch
and yo win trophies for the team.If a
coach fails those basic things then he is not go enough
and must leave.Sucess or failure comes down to the decisions of the
coach ranging from decisions in the transfer market, training methods, team selection, tactics etc.Looking @ the transfer market - Wenger has a shambolic record - failure to act decisively
and always acting when it's too late, selling our top
players to rival clubs, leaving other positions thin
and reinforcing wrong positions especially buying lots of attacking midfielders ignoring defensive positions
and failing to buy top class strikers or decent strikers. If Wenger is really serious about winning trophies would he buy a
player like Welbeck a fourth choice play at Man United whom Vaan Gaal said is only good for the bench
and now he plays every game at Arsenal. Why sell Vemaleen
and buy Chambers?
The greatest negligence at the club is in
failing to create a structure that provides continuity between the frequent changes of managers /
coaches (which have become inevitable)
and to deliver an infrastructure, in the form of competitive
and professional training facilities, which will attract
and get the best out of their
players.
First, look at the professional
coaches,
players,
and managers who have
failed.
Arsene Wenger
and the
coaching staff can do their bit, but in these last three games it's going to come down to the
players refusing to
fail.
And serious questions must also be asked about the Arsenal
coaching staff, who have completely
failed to develop a
player who was a Germany international when he arrived.
There are enough outsiders wishing to see Arsenal
fail without Gunners themselves adding more misery to our own team.Sure we are disappointed, but abusing our own
players and coach is just not wise. They already have enough from Tottenham
and Stoke fans.
While my efforts to persuade the Board of Selectmen, the town manager,
and the Rec Department director to allocate permits in a more equitable fashion,
and to use their power to make sure that the programs using town - owned facilities met minimum standards for inclusiveness
and safety, fell on deaf ears (we ended up being forced to use for our home games a dusty field the high school had essentially abandoned), I returned to a discussion of the «power of the venue permit» 10 years later in my 2006 book, Home Team Advantage: The Critical Role of Mothers in Youth Sports, where I suggested that one of the best ways for youth sports parents to improve the safety of privately - run sports programs in their communities was to lobby their elected officials to utilize that power to «reform youth sports by exercising public oversight over the use of taxpayer - funded fields, diamonds, tracks, pools,
and courts, [
and] deny permits to programs that
fail to abide by a [youth sports] charter» covering such topics as background checks,
and codes of conduct for
coaches,
players,
and parents.
All too often, even hits hard enough to cause an athlete to display signs of concussion that can be observed by sideline personnel, or which cause the athlete to experience symptoms of concussion, go undetected, either because the signs are too subtle to be seen or are simply missed by sideline personnel or because the athlete
fails to report them (a 2010 study [7] of Canadian junior hockey
players, for example, found that, for every concussion self - reported by the
players or identified by the
coaches or on - the - bench medical personnel, physician observers in the stands picked up seven)- a persistent problem that, given the «warrior» mentality
and culture of contact
and collision sports, is not going to go away any time soon, if ever.
At the same time, though, courts have refused to apply the defense of assumption of risk when educators
failed to provide adequate supervision such as where a competitor in a track
and field meet was struck by an errant discus while standing in a safe zone; a student was injured during an indoor (American) football practice when he slipped on a wet gym floor where
coaches failed to provide proper supervision or after another
player was injured due to the lack of supervision at a practice;
coaches did not warn a student sufficiently about the dangers of diving into a pool;
coaches conducted a track practice in a high school hallway that unreasonably increased a student's risk of injury;
and a
coach lacked enough experience to provide adequate supervision to avoid injury to a cheerleader.
