Just look at the absurd situation (my view) as Australia enacts modest carbon
restrictions at home while
exporting vast quantities of carbon - rich
coal to the world's Asian manufacturing hub to be burned.

restrictions only apply to
coal plants, so
export credit agencies are free to finance as many projects that relate to the mining, transport and
export of
coal, as well as other related infrastructure projects.
