Britain needs a new west
coast rail line.
The troubled East
Coast rail line will be taken back into public hands, the Transport Secretary has announced today.
He had fallen out spectacularly with the current transport secretary Chris Grayling over a decision Grayling took in late November over the future of the East
Coast rail line.
