I have two rough
coat lurchers, a girl Cammy who is a deerhound x, and a boy Crunchy who is a wolfhound x.
Lurchers don't need anything more than routine grooming (obviously rough
coated Lurchers need a bit more «maintanence» for their coats than smooth coated ones).
Not exact matches
They're not faddy eaters, they don't shed excessive hair and as all three of mine are smooth
coated, they don't require much grooming beyond nail cutting and teeth cleaning... as pets go,
lurchers are pretty much perfect.
Though the
coat may vary according to breeding, most
Lurchers exhibit short, smooth
coats that tend to thicken during the winter.
Dogs that show this
coat pattern include Irish wolfhounds and
lurchers.
