I received a couple
colors from the collection to review, but my 2 year old hasn't let me be alone long enough to even get one
coat of this
polish on!
For the second
coat of colored gel
polish, hold your brush parallel to your nail bed when you apply.
and about an hour later I use 1
coat of their
colored nail
polish.
This step is crucial because it's necessary to put down another strengthening / hardening
coat often so that the chemicals from the
colored polish doesn't seep in and start eating away at the enamel
of your nails.
It was a lot
of work; first I needed three
coats of white
polish to make a underwear layer without any bald spots (I still had some), then I needed three
coats of the orange to make that
color solid.

You will need: 3 - 4 gradient nail
polish colors (dark to light and all in the tonal family), a clear top
coat, a triangle makeup sponge, a cup
of water, a piece
of paper for blotting the
polish, a paint brush + nail
polish remover for clean up.
Getting this look from Creatures
of Comfort is messy: after painting on a base
coat of polish, pour a mix
of fine glitter across each nail, changing the
colors as you go.

The jelly is still translucent after the third
coat, and not only can you see my visible nail line, you can see how the

polishes for a long time — primarily for their affordability, but I also love a few

color and a shiny top
coat that looks salon - professional.
Apply one
coat of nail
polish color.
I also painted 2
coats of a white
polish as a base underneath so that these bright
colors would show up.
The multi-colored glitter
polish looks cool whether you apply one
coat or three, on top
of your bare nails or a
color, and it dries to a semi-matte finish that never reveals any chipping or smudges.
Paint on two thin layers
of polish, allowing your
color to dry completely between each
coat.
