Ingredients * 1 ripe avocado * 1 1/2 cups spelt flour * 1/3 cup melted organic dark chocolate * 1/3 cup raw cacao powder * 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes * 1 tsp baking powder * 1 tsp baking soda * 3/4 cup raw agave nectar * 3/4 cup unsweetened
cocnut milk * 1/3 cup olive oil * 2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend together the kale, acai,
cocnut milk, 1/2 the banana, pineapple (save a few chunks for topping), hemp seeds and spirulina.
In addition to
the cocnut milk, I used rice milk to adjust the consistancy.
My go to this time of year is a butternut squash and / or sweet potato bisque, especially curried with
cocnut milk!
