Just wanted to let you know it works without having to refrigerate the can of
coco milk ahead of time, or when you forget you're all out of almond milk!
I had no almond milk ready, so I used unsweetened
coco milk instead, replaced half the rolled oats (grinded in a coffee grinder) with homemade almond flour and lined my dish with coco flakes instead of parchment paper.
I have a mango, and as soon as I buy
some coco milk I am going to whip it up for my daughter (dairy / egg - allergic) Thanks!
She has a very low spice tolerance however so I had to add peanut butter and
coco milk to her sauce — next time I would do a batch with less ginger / curry paste.

I had to make two adjustments to the recipe: I could not find creme de
coco or coconut extract here in the UK, so I reduced a can of coconut
milk and sugar to 1 cup and used that instead of the creme and the 1/4 c of water, and it came out to the right consistency.
It's been a long time since I've had regular

coco mylk chocolate is possibly even creamier!

milk yogurt (yes, prepared with coconut
