It works great as long as you don't leave the bars out of the fridge for too long on a hot day because the coco oil will melt.

Never tried it without the coco oil..

I also was unsure if the 2T of coco oil for the crust was supposed to come from the 1 / 2c of coconut oil in the ingredients.
