cocoa powder.
ingredients: for the chocolate
cookies: 170 grams (3/4 cup, 1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste) kosher salt 100 grams (1/2 cup) granulated sugar 1 egg 80 grams (3/4 cup)
