If you can't find cacao nibs in your area, these are certainly delicious treats with
cocoa powder coating instead.
Not exact matches
Roll each ball in the matcha and then in the
cocoa, it's ok if the
powder begin to blend, to create a two toned
coating.
The
coating on these is just some of the matcha
powder and
cocoa powder.
Pour 1/2 cup
cocoa powder into a shallow dish and roll the balls around until
coated.
Chill truffle balls again for 5 minutes before rolling each one in the
cocoa powder to

Note: If your bunch of kale seems to be extra-large, add an extra tablespoon of coconut oil and

I mixed together a little
cocoa powder and coconut flour and lightly
coated the bites in the mixture, but that is definitely optional.

coating, opting for
cocoa powder instead of sesame seeds and nuts.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining

The best part of these bite - size snacks is how customizable they are — use whichever nut or seed butter you prefer and have fun rolling them in different
coatings like unsweetened
cocoa powder or coconut.
Plus, they are endlessly customizable by varying the spices, extracts, and other add - ins, or by giving them a chic
coating of chia seeds,
cocoa powder, or chopped nuts.
If you choose to
coat the walnut cake with chocolate glaze, then melt the butter in a saucepan and sift in the icing sugar and the
cocoa powder.

However, if you are planning on using the
cocoa powder as a garnish that won't be baked — such as a
coating for truffles — either option will work.
Use a tsp and your palms to make perfect round sized truffles and
coat them in
cocoa powder.
