My weekday breakfasts frequently involve almond butter, and lately they involve a highly addictive no -
stir coconut almond butter that I recently discovered.
If you haven't tried the strawberry -
coconut almond butter combo, I highly suggest you do before you miss out on your whole life, it's life changing.
And while experimenting, I came up with this incredibly delicious breakfast:
Coconut Almond Butter on Graham Crackers with a Honey Drizzle.
We used
coconut almond butter for this recipe, but you can use almond butter, cashew butter, macadamia nut butter or even a high quality organic peanut butter if you really wanted too (although peanut butter is more inflammatory than other nut butters).

Coconut Almond Butter with a Honey Drizzle
If you make this with stevia and either omit the chocolate
coconut almond butter or use very little of it, this becomes a vegan keto chocolate chia pudding.
For a vegan keto version omit the chocolate
coconut almond butter, use very little, or replace the maple syrup with stevia in that recipe.
This Chocolate Coconut Almond Chia Pudding was inspired by my Chocolate
Coconut Almond Butter, which I love to eat by the spoonful, and I have included in this recipe.
Sweet chocolate chia pudding made with full fat coconut milk (or unsweetened almond milk works too), layered with chocolate
coconut almond butter, coconut flakes, and slivered almonds.
Also note the nutrition info is using full fat coconut milk, maple syrup and the chocolate
coconut almond butter.
This vegan chocolate chia pudding is elevated with coconut and almond flavors and
coconut almond butter to spread in between layers.
