Coconut aminos on its own to me tastes like really low sodium Teriyaki sauce so I have been adding Red Boat fish sauce to stir fries with coconut aminos lately for extra flavour, but adding the extra salt to this recipe really kicked this up a notch and I didn't need the fish sauce!

For an easy way to make your own crispy tofu at home, simply do the following: (1) press a 14 or 16 ounce block of extra firm tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water (lay tofu

on a parchment paper - lined baking tray; (5) Bake at 400 degrees Farenheit for 25 minutes until crispy and golden
on the outside, tossing halfway through cooking time.
I enjoy both organic tamari and
coconut aminos and switch things up based
on what I'm eating.
Remember that it's extremely difficult to distinguish between soy sauce, tamari and
coconut aminos based
on looks alone.
I'm trying to cut down
on sodium so used
coconut aminos in place of the soy sauce and cut the olive oil in half, adding extra veg stock instead.

We did substitute some
coconut amino for soy to cut down
on the saltiness of soy sauce.

Even though I was fully aware of the potential implications of displaying the nutrient content of the
coconut sap
on our website, (since some folks might not fully understand the distinction between glutamic and aspartic acids in their naturally occurring forms, versus their processed counterparts) ~ I still chose to do so, because these

Coconut nectar has a good amount of
amino acids, you should look into that as it's listed
on many websites but I don't remember the amounts.
It retains all the fiber, protein and enzymes found in whole
coconut meat and contains beneficial MCT saturated fats and
amino acids (protein), which both nourish the thyroid glands
on a cellular level
And ive read
on the whole30 website to not use Paleo friendly substitutes for things, so is it still ok to cook with
coconut aminos..

on your blog but I'm wondering about a few things: do you know if these are low FODMAPS: hemp seeds,

coconut sap) and kelp noodles?
