and refined carbohydrates, this recipe substitutes white breadcrumbs with
almond meal and coconut flour.
I used
coconut oil instead of avocado

coconut flour + arrowroot flour..

and cakey, it won't taste like

Add
almonds and coconut to a food processor
and process until it is a flour or
meal - like texture.
I also only had
almond meal (trader joes) unblanched,
and substituted fresh lime juice for the vinegar
and used 1tbsp olive oil, didn't have
coconut oil.
I took the liberty of changing a few things around
and used what was on hand: Bob's Redmill

I'm thinking of making these for a party next weekend — I might up the

and almond meal pancakes (way too many carbs / calories) but there is something about the egg to
coconut flour that makes magic happen!
