coconut but you could try it although it might change the consistency of the mixture.

coconut oil and not comedogenic, so great for when body or face is in need of extra nourishing.

coconut oil as a hair treatment as well, and it makes my hair very silky.
I love that the potatoes, beans and carrots absorb all the flavours of the spiced
coconut sauce so that each bite has subtle hints of cumin, turmeric and chilli in it.
Someone else suggested maybe with 1/3 of original quantity
coconut flour to make up for the liquid absorbing qualities of
coconut flour?
Things like chickpea flour,
coconut flour, buckwheat, brown rice flour, quinoa and oats are all amazing ingredients to use.

All you need to do is mix porridge oats with some milk and yoghurt (I use
coconut milk and
coconut yoghurt normally), some dried apple pieces, a sprinkling of chia seeds, a handful of sunflower seeds and some juicy raisins, then just stir it all together and leave it sit for about a minute.
Then add in the baby corn, green beans, tamari,
coconut oil and lime, and cook for another 8 minutes.
Hey Ella, I too use
coconut oil as body moisturiser throughout summer and autumn, however I find it's not moisturising enough year round.
So, in the end I used cow milk, organic quick oats, banana,
coconut butter and almond butter.
I think so, I haven't tried almond milk but I have tried add a couple of spoons of
coconut milk which was incredible!
I'm so sorry but I've only ever made this recipe using
