I explained that
coconut flour is naturally easier
on your blood sugar, and then we have lots of good saturated fat — cheese,
bacon,
bacon grease, and eggs — to smooth out your blood sugar even more.
For my take
on the vegan avocado melt, I opted to include cilantro, red pepper slices and
coconut bacon.
I didn't include
coconut bacon in the nutrition information, since it will vary depending
on how much you use.

bacon grease from my roommate's dinner (LOL, super healthy) and
