There used to be a delicious vegan
ice cream they sold over here but then suspiciously they disappeared off the face of the earth, it was
coconut milk
based with various tropical flavours and it was SOO good.

I never attempted to make frosting using yogurt, but after whipping up this creamy
coconut dream, I will definitely never go back to sugar
based icings.
Some early attempts using bananas didn't pan out quite as I'd hoped, but Marla's Vegan Chocolate and Cherry
Ice Cream inspired me to change course and use
coconut milk for the
base instead.
** Optional: For an extra chocolaty taste, spoon a little of the chocolate
