These Paleo
coconut cookies only have 5 ingredients for the
base and then are filled with a simple salted caramel
sauce.
Remember that it's extremely difficult to distinguish between soy
sauce, tamari and
coconut aminos
based on looks alone.
A rich, dark chocolate
base, topped with a layer of coffee cream,
coconut cream peaks, homemade caramel
sauce and espresso beans.
Our mild curry is a great
base sauce for a range of curries including a tikka Tikka masala style curry by adding some
coconut milk or with a handful of spinach into a lamb saag.

To make this dish lighter without skipping on creamy flavour, I used just one quarter of a cup of soaked cashews blended in water to create an amazing creamy
sauce with half the fat of a
coconut cream
based version.

To avoid this step and to avoid the refined sugar inherent in regular caramel
sauce, this recipe involves a homemade vegan caramel
sauce based in
coconut milk and dates.
From mild
coconut -
based blends to hot jalfrezi
sauces, many are also vegan (at least an equal number contain dairy, so check labels.
This
coconut flour -
based flatbread is bubbly and crisp, perfect for the contrasting addition of barbecue
sauce, onions, and goat cheese.
This forms the
base for a more composed dish with more breaded cauliflower pieces that are fried, tossed in a harissa buffalo
sauce, and served with crispy chickpeas,

But instead of cream, I used canned

based the recipe off of a winning recipe over at Williams Sonoma, and wrapped it in my homemade Paleo Caramel
Sauce, and BAM!

This colorfully bright and delicious taco recipe works with any protein as a
base because the star is really the toppings — especially the
coconut peanut
sauce.
The sweet potato and chia seeds work together as the
base for this, then it's deliciously topped with peanut butter and chocolate
sauce, toasted
coconut, chopped pecans and chunks of banana.
Oats, vanilla extract, and maple syrup make up the
