So, apart
from quick
breads made with
coconut flour and almond meal, and the time crunch that I was in, I decided to try something I've never tried before.
It's vegan French toast waffles, made

bread slices soaked up in
coconut milk batter and cooked up in the waffle iron!I'm in charge of...
So I made this cranberry

coconut flour
from Natural Grocers.
The
bread color was a little darker
from the flour & part
coconut sugar, but rose perfectly and needed no embellishment (butter, etc).
