our poor people's version was very soft - cooked left - over from dinner white or brown rice made with water and a
bit of dark brown sugar (called panela, piloncillo, or jaggery); cooled over night; and had for
breakfast with some
coconut milk cream and sliced mangoes or a splash of condensed milk and bananas.
These
breakfast bowls draw inspiration from banana nut bread — with a little
bit of
coconut sprinkled in for added flavor.
My typical berry
coconut protein smoothie was getting a
bit old, so I decided to make myself this treat for
breakfast this morning!
A typical full day of eating for me looks like:
Breakfast: Spinach, Mushroom, Onion and Tomato Frittata... sometimes with bacon or homemade sausage Iced Coffee with
coconut milk Lunch (this is usually my largest meal of the day): 4 - 5 ounces of protein (turkey burger, pulled pork, chicken thighs, ground buffalo), roasted veggies and sometimes a sweet potato or butternut squash Snack: apple with almond butter or a handful of macadamia nuts Dinner: A large salad with all kinds of raw veggies (cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower), avocado or olives, usually a lighter protein like grilled chicken breast, salmon or shrimp This would represent a full menu... I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a
bit of protein with it.

Since this combination was a
bit on the «light» side compared to the multi-course meals to which we were accustomed, the creative person in charge of setting up
breakfast that day had plenty of fresh fruit, berries and a bag of toasted
coconut chips made by Dang so everyone could dress up their yogurt and granola bowls and make them a
bit more exciting and substantial.

coconut butter, tocos, cinnamon and whatever else I feel like throwing in... along with eggs for
breakfast.
I've been following the reset protocol for about 2 weeks and the whole time have had no trouble packing away ~ 75g of protein for
breakfast (I'm 6» 1», 230 lbs, ~ 15 % BF — so i upped the protein a
bit) plus some
coconut oil (3 - 4T).
My
breakfasts are usually sausages that we make at home from scratch or a shake made from
coconut milk (unsweetened, a
bit of splenda, and vanilla protein powder from Whole Foods (their brand).
Each
bite is like a little firework of sweet, tart, and
coconut and a super healthy snack or
breakfast.

The resort is smallish 4 story 4 blocks enclosing the pool area with palms and large gum trees a bar and casual dining was buy the pool with tasty morsels of well priced snacks and lunch menu and very alert to remove the items when you where finish eating ether by the pool or by tables near the bar the
breakfast buffet was at first glance a
bit simple but as you looked closer they had extra
bits like smoked salmon cheese board mixed nuts and roasted
coconuts for your cereal eggs to order or from the buffet and of course the usual cooked
breakfast stuff for the price of $ 31.50 kids half price the restaurant had excellent dinner I can highly recommended the whole barramundi you can take food to your room but you must put the empty plates outside your door as your apartment is not owned buy the hotel you can order food in the lobby.
The outdoor pool is a great spot to take a dip, and guests can grab a
bite to eat at
Coconut, which serves Greek cuisine and is open for
breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
