A rich, fluffy brownie topped w / a toasted
coconut butter layer and
drizzled w / a chocolate sauce and toasted
coconut.
I made these today and they were a huge hit... crunchy, just sweet enough and totally satisfying I had a hard time getting my peanut
butter (organic) to
drizzle, so I added a little
coconut oil to it and that worked perfectly!
Top with sliced bananas, mangos,
coconut, hemp seeds and pistachios, sprinkle with chocolate and
drizzle with melted almond
butter if desired.
Though these are
drizzled in
butter, you can sub in
coconut oil for the same texture and in my opinion, an even better taste.
After being chilled for a few hours, the crusts hold up quite nicely, and are ready to be removed from their pans and filled with
coconut butter and raspberries and
drizzled with honey.
For icing:

Add remaining colored
coconut butter to a Ziploc bag, cut out the tip and

I decorated the top with strawberries because we had been given a large case by a friend, however you could ice this just the same way you could ice any cake or get creative and maybe do something like an almond
butter drizzle or add a
coconut flake topping with chocolate ganache.

A bowl of (still fairly flavorless) organic strawberries
drizzled with almond

coconut flakes and the last of the raw cacao nibs.
I also like my crust a little sweet, so I
drizzled in a touch of honey.Lastly, I had some trouble getting it to «clump» into dough (made the mistake of melting my
coconut oil, and the addition of the honey may have affected it too), so I added a few little pats of frozen
butter to bind it up.

As far as toppings go, when I have paleo pancake parties I like to use organic pure maple syrup, blueberries,

This is lovely topped with fresh whipped cream or
drizzled with
coconut butter when enjoying it for dessert or with a nice side of bacon or sausage at breakfast!
Drizzle the potatoes with the

coconut oil and the garlic extra virgin olive oil or plain extra virgin olive oil.
