After
the coconut butter mixture cooled down, mixed in with the egg yolks and beat until incorporated.
Add
the coconut butter mixture to the bowl with the coconut flour and mix until combined, using your hands towards the end.

coconut butter mixture, chickpeas, almonds, cacao powder, cacao nibs and 6 tablespoons of almond milk in a high - speed blender.
Stir until smooth and spread melted chocolate over

Spoon
the coconut butter mixture evenly over the 6 mahi filets, using your fingers, if necessary, to cover the top of the fish with the coconut butter.
P.s Don't be alarmed when
your coconut butter mixture is a little grainy — TOTALLY normal.
I find it's easiest to use your hands to really rub
the coconut butter mixture into the popcorn, as it's on the thick side.
