coconut allergies, I mostly don't make this recipe including the nut /
coconut butter (for the most part because I never have them in my house as I have either finished them off or am too lazy to go to the store...) and it still turns out great: P
My favourite tea is
chai and having it with
coconut oil and my fermented cod liver oil + butter capsules (need to take with fats) is just the ticket — try it, you'll be convinced!
I recently saw that Butter Loves Company adapted my vegan

chai is to die for and I really love the texture — fluffy, with a hint of chewiness.

My go to drink in the cooler months is a
chai latte made with dark roasted dandelion root tea, a hint of nut milk and a bit of
coconut oil to emulsify.
It's fantastic, especially with the spiced
coconut sugar too and it's for people that like strong spices in their
chai.
Coffee and other hot drinks (Tombo matcha, Prana agave
chai, Mork hot chocolate, Zig Zag tea) will be available with a variety of dairy alternatives including soy, oat,
coconut, cashew and almond (there will be no dairy on - site).
I used agar agar powder to set the matcha
chai layer as it makes it a bit more light than other raw vegan cheesecakes that are very cashew and
coconut heavy.
