coconut milk (the canned varieties don't have nasty carageenan), cinnamon, dark cocoa powder, unsweetened vanilla extract, one mashed banana, and one cup of
chia seeds.
The healthy fats from

chia seeds fill you up, and agave syrup and fruit give this
