Fab flavour

go great together — I also used raw honey in place of agave as I believe its a more natural, unrefined sweetner (agave isnt as innocent as you might think — read up about it) As for those of you who wanted to know about the white choc chips, well I avoid all dairy and refined sugars so I simply made my own, its dead easy — simply combine pure raw cacao butter (gently melted) with a pinch of celtic salt, a little extract of vanilla and some raw cashew butter, then freeze in a suitable container before breaking into chunks!!!!! yummy You can make dark chocolate chips even easier by melting pure
coconut oil and stirring in a little vanilla, honey and raw cacao powder before freezing!!!
For this Blueberry Quinoa Muesli I used a
combo of rolled oats, sunflower seeds (I actually prefer pumpkin seeds over sunflower seeds but I was running low when I
went to shoot the recipe), puffed quinoa,
coconut, hemp seeds, dried blueberries and a touch of
coconut sugar for sweetness.

combo is also, you can't really
go wrong with that.

going to do it for me.
Chocolate
coconut has been my
go - to
combo for as long as I can remember, although I love pairing chocolate with other ingredients as well.
I'm
going to try it again using only almond flour because I like a denser texture and wonder if maybe the
combo of
coconut butter and
coconut flour (which I know absorbs more liquid!)
I do nt drink any milk, but I did cut out half and half in my coffee during all this and I am
going to stick with the
coconut / almond milk
combo from here on out.
