Paleo Chocolate Blackberry Tartlets Made using blackberry powder, these tartlets are suitable for any fancy gathering with a cashew and date chocolate crust, a chocolate

In a glass of your choice, spoon a

To make the whipped
cream, open the can of
coconut milk and scoop out the top
layer of solid
coconut cream into the bowl of a stand mixer (sidenote: save the remaining
coconut liquid for smoothies!).
The fluffy whipped
coconut cream frosting is the perfect compliment to this single
layered beauty.
Another delicious option is to up the chocolate quantity to 150g (5 1/4 oz) and swirl 1/4 of the chocolate through the whipped
coconut cream before
layering.
Also, if you have
coconut whipped
cream,
layer that on top.
The banana rum caramel sauce is spread over the banana slices, then
layered with the fluffy whipped
coconut cream.
I only put a thin
layer in between and on top, but my friend bought
coconut milk ice
cream and I thought that was a really good compliment if you just wanted to skip the frosting all together.
Combined with a vanilla bean
cream and
layered between thin
coconut sheets, they make for a unique dessert.
Finish with a
coconut pasta
layer, optionally garnish with more
cream and toasted almonds.
For the assembly, spread the
coconut cream on each
layer of crust using a piping bag or spatula.
Just toss together your favorite cookie crumbles, add a
layer of ripe summer berries, and top with
coconut whip
cream.
For the
cream layer I used this ready - made
coconut whipped topping from Soyatoo.
During cooking the
coconut cream floated to the top and I was left with a thin
layer of paste on the rice.
