I made this with carrots instead of squash and instead of
coconut milk used a bit of stock and half a block of
creamed coconut so it was more of a spicy carrot puree
on the sweet potato (and substituted the chick peas for green peas plus added some spinach) and it was delicious.

on toppings like dried mulberries, cacao nibs and bee pollen.
To be honest I really just didn't think about using
coconut cream but it's a great idea and I'm sure it would be so delicious, please let me know how you get

This recipe relies very heavily
on coconut cream so if you can't have it, it's really just not for you!
