I love the subtle
coconut flavor of coconut oil but sometimes it's just not enough.
The coconut milk gives it such a luxurious texture, and the slight
coconut flavor of the coconut milk combines with the vanilla to create an ice cream with a lot of depth.
Since there is coconut in the carrot cake, I wouldn't mind
the coconut flavor of coconut oil.
I really love the crunch of the chia seeds, the rich creamy
coconut flavor of the coconut oil, and the savoriness of the peanut butter.
