I use a blend of Kamut and
coconut flour, then finish it off in the oven to make a pizza
crust.
To prepare the
crust, make the date paste and combine with the
coconut flour in a large bowl until it's sticky and crumbly.
I used a combo of ground flax, almond
flour, cinnamon,
coconut oil, and water for this
crust.
