I haven't had much success with my
coconut flour experiments so far... trying to bake with it without eggs doesn't seem to work very well, so raw recipes sound like a better
option!

coconut flour is rich in insoluble fiber, it may not be a suitable
option for people with these health conditions.
But if you are in a rush and just want to buy some
coconut flour on the fly, here are some of my favorite
options:
I used my basic
coconut flour biscuit recipe as the base, though you could add some honey or maple syrup if you wanted a sweeter
option.
I used the
coconut oil, maple syrup, milk whole wheat
flour options.
Perfect for cakes and pancakes,
coconut flour is a great grain - free
option.

What to do: Opt for the gluten - and grain - free
flour options such as
coconut, almond, or hazelnut
flour.
