I am not much of a creamsicles fan so I am going to try some pineapple and pineapple juice plus
coconut liquid stevia.

I used
coconut milk in place of the almond milk and I used
liquid stevia in place of the maple syrup.
As far as the sweetener goes, you can use maple syrup instead, or agave (though I personally try and stay away from that one), or you could try
liquid stevia and just add in a little more
coconut oil to replace the
liquid in the honey.
The tiny shreds are perfect in my Organic Oats with Unsweetened Organic
Coconut Milk and a bit of
liquid Stevia for sweetness.

Hi Meghanne, I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it seems to me that the honey (or other
liquid sweetener) helps the
coconut stick together so I don't think
stevia would work.

The only non-fructose one I use is rice syrup, if you add more than a few Tbsp of it I'd up the
coconut oil a touch to account for the extra
liquid (the
coconut oil is what makes it firm up in the fridge) but a granulated
stevia - based product (or simply
stevia drops) shouldn't change the consistency at all!
It's very likely it burned because of the
coconut sugar, whenever you use
liquid things to add sweetness like honey or
stevia the baking times can change for that.

Hi Rebecca, I tried this recipe, and I replaced half of the
coconut oil measure with olive oil, and the brown sugar with
liquid stevia instead.
Add the
coconut oil and
stevia (and
liquid vanilla, if using) and continue to process until a ball forms, which will then roll around for a bit before breaking up into a paste; continue to process for another 3 - 5 minutes, scraping sides occasionally, until the butter is almost
liquid and very smooth.
