I have not been able to find coconut butter but today I found a jar of
Nutiva Coconut Manna at Whole Foods.
and then I was ~ 1/4 cup short of nutella so added in some almond butter & 1 tbsp
of Coconut Manna made by Nutiva.

Coconut butter seems to go under a few different names,
including coconut manna and coconut cream, depending on what you buy.
The common name is coconut butter, but it can also find it under the
name coconut manna, coconut meat puree, coconut cream concentrate, or whole coconut flesh puree.

find coconut manna a bit different to blocked coconut cream but yes it works jus as well in some recipes.
I would perhaps try subbing 1/4 cup coconut butter or sometimes
called coconut manna (different from coconut oil) in place of the cashews.
