What to eat
instead of pasta, cereal, and bread: clean
meats, plenty of healthy fats (
coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, grass fed butters, raw dairy), a TON OF VEGETABLES, some fruit, nuts / seeds / avocados, maybe some beans.

instead of just the oil since a whole food form is better.
