If your
coconut is
too young and does not have very much
meat, you may have to use the
meat of two
coconuts instead of just one.
I'm not completely sure, but I think the
meat of an old
coconut is a bit
too hard to be blended into a creamy substance.

coconut oil, now love them for their
meat,

I try to put cinnamon on those,
too, because it helps with insulin sensitivity and then you can choose abundant amounts of good, organic, clean vegetables; high quality fats whether it's
coconut oil, grass - fed butter, or if you can't tolerate butter, ghee may be better; avocado oil, I use the Marks Primal Mayo for my mayonnaise because it's really good mayo with grass - fed eggs and avocado oil versus all the soy in canola; and then you high quality
meat.
Although, I do like that recipe, the taste was
too milk - y for me and not the exact consistency I wanted, so I tried again with
coconut meat and finally found success.
Add more
coconut meat if the mixture is
too liquid.

Too often, someone hears me talking about the amazing amino acids and forgets the nutritional basics of real whole food, quality animal protein (like wild fish, pastured eggs and chicken, grass - fed red

Sauté veggies, whatever is handy (for me it is usually a mix of onion, cabbage, carrots, zucchini and peppers), in plenty of butter, ghee or
coconut oil and once the veggies are soft, drop in two eggs (or leftover
meat and one egg works great
too) and mix them into the veggie mix.
If you're trying to build a strong healthy body, don't be afraid of natural fats from dairy and
meat, but remember to embrace the natural fats
too:
