i made this last night, and have
just finished it off for lunch, its absolutely delicious, i made a few tweeks, i put the potato in raw, i cut them into cubes, but didn't par boil them, this thickened up the curry nicely, i also added, fresh garlic and coriander at the end with the spinach, it was quite thick today, so i loosened it up with some
coconut milk (fresh) it really is so good, i served it with black quinoa, I've also

You
just stew the rhubarb with maple syrup until jammy, spread it out onto some parchment paper in a thin layer, and let it freeze before blending it with the frozen
coconut milk.
If you have frozen fruit, you can
just increase the amount of maple syrup in the
coconut milk mixture, and add the frozen fruit directly to the blender, that way you won't have to defrost and stew.
Plus they're really easy to make, you
just need seven ingredients: dates, hazelnuts, cacao powder, maple syrup,
coconut oil, almond
milk and a pinch of sea salt, which you whizz up for a few minutes to create these.
I don't have any
coconut yogurt, and I was
just wondering if I could still make this with
coconut milk?

This soup is a really easy way to use them, with
just six ingredients it's a perfect speedy supper, all you need is: parsnips, garlic, onion, cumin, almond
milk and yoghurt (I use a vegan - friendly
coconut one.)
If so, I
just need to know the exact measurement of the amount of
coconut milk that you use in this recipe.
I also discovered my favourite breakfast while I was there, porridge cooked with
coconut milk, cinnamon sticks, star anise and bay leaves — the flavour combination is
just divine.
I actually
just add oats to my smoothies and
coconut milk and it is so creamy.

just melt the cacao powder, date syrup and
coconut oil together, then whisk in the
coconut milk.

I imagine it would be too creamy with

just stocking up the larder and can't seem to find any tins (or otherwise) of
coconut milk that don't contain e numbers.
All three taste so delicious, they're
just so wonderfully cool and refreshing, yet still so wonderfully sweet and creamy thanks to the
coconut milk and dates.

just use organic tinned
coconut milk!
If this is happening
just add a little more
coconut milk or some water.
