These are
made with Equip's vanilla Prime Protein, which I love because it has only four ingredients: beef isolate,
coconut milk powder, vanilla, and...
They include the incredibly powerful spirulina
powder, bananas, peanut butter (
make sure you get 100 %), and
coconut milk.

make, the recipe includes frozen bananas, frozen raspberries,
