on this specialty item just for this one recipe, maple syrup, honey, or agave would be great subs!

on my «safe to use» candida list.
I adore
coconut nectar and never thought to put it
on nuts or seeds to sweeten it.
There is no
coconut flour mentioned
on the Agave
Nectar Debate recipe either.
(For reference, I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten - free Flour instead of Debbie's flour mixture [only because I had some
on hand], and Earth Balance Soy - free Butter in place of sunflower butter, honey instead of
coconut nectar, and olive oil in place of
coconut oil.

On a low sugar diet, I put this over mixed greens for a hearty salad, substituting raw

Coconut nectar has a good amount of amino acids, you should look into that as it's listed
on many websites but I don't remember the amounts.

I make «super» oats sometimes - with chia, cinnamon and unsweetened
coconut sprinkled
on top, and sweetened with agave
nectar.
While food processor is
on, add pitted dates through top, followed by
coconut nectar, cacao powder and Green Juice powder
If you do not have
coconut nectar, you can easily substitute maple syrup, honey, or any other sweetener that you have
on hand.
If it is still too tart for you (depending
on the yoghurt you're using) add some extra stevia or even
coconut nectar.
Should you not be
on Candida diet, feel free to use any sweetener you like — agave syrup,
coconut nectar, soft dates.
I'm always
on the look - out for low GI sweeteners too, so getting to try the
coconut blossom
nectar would be fab — I've never had it before.
